What's one family recipe that you wish you knew how to cook?

Enchiladas.

Just about everyone in my family (including my sister & brother) knows how to make them. The reason I have never learned is I've never had an excuse to make them. By that I mean I don't want to go through all of that trouble and mess just to make a few for me to eat. If I ever want some homemade enchiladas to eat, I'll just ask my mother to make some.
