What one trait do you wish more people around you displayed?

This is for the All of the lovely folks who work in the same building as I. Please learn Better Restroom Hygienic Habits/Manners. Since I have been working at that building, I have noticed "inconsiderate behavior" from other employees. I won't get in to specif details, but it would be nice if those who are messy would clean up after themselves. And please be sure to wash your hands when you go back to work. Thank you.
